QuoteFerdinand My brother started off wanting to make movies with film cameras, but now he's a professional photographer. Check his website. He makes a boatload of money when he's busy, and enjoys himself doing it. i can see this convo happening. man: oh you are photographer? i might need you to do a shoot for me. bro: oh great, just go to my website andreastrauttmansdorff.com wby daniel - Community Forum
NO RANTING ALLOWED that wasn't a rant... i have recently started experimenting with photography and have thought about going into it professionally, but i feel like there is so much to learn and it is such a populated field that it might not be worth the trouble. i'll still keep it as a hobby though.by daniel - Community Forum

QuoteEarendil Daniel... Why did you have to go and get an E30 that is the exact same color as mine? Now not only is it an "is", have an s52, and friggin maps lights, it also has a better paint job in myyyyy color! I guess there is only one thing I can do! cool. just one other quick thing. even though 5-lug is unnecessary, the used wheel market for 5-lug BMW wheels is waaaay better than the 4-lug market. Since every OEM wheel on a BMW is 5x120 and the only cars with the difference centerbore are the e39s, its very easy to find something you like, for cheap. for example, i bought my 4 style 5 weaves for $250 total, because they are the stock wheby daniel - Technical Forum
QuoteCab Treadway Quotedanielthe ipod is fairly easy to use, but frankly i find the process of getting music onto the device to be quite a hassle. it would be much easier if you got a music player that supported windows explorer drag and drop, meaning you can just open up its location in windows, and drag the music folders you have onto its location, and it will copy it for you. then, when youby daniel - Community Forum
Yes, the players you can drag and drop from can have the music taken off easily also. You can also get the music from more than one computer, which you can't do with an iPod.by daniel - Community Forum

There are OEM 15'' weaves for BMW. They are called "euroweaves". They are 4-lug, 15x7, ET24, BBS RZ wheels. Ove had them on his car. I have the 5-lug, 16x8 ET23 version of the BBS RZ's on my car. I didn't realize the iX weaves were such a high offset. I thought they were around ET35, so you could run them with a 10 or 15mm spacer. Another option for 15"by daniel - Technical Forum
Quoterkj Daniel, So this means you, like Dave use another program for your music, what it it please? On my larger laptop it cam with arcade, would that be considered a good program to use. I know I will get a music machine (MP3 like thing, I like the no hard drive angle) sometime soon and know it will see hard use (on the road with the motorcycle) camping and such. the spark plugs you get need to be the copper filamented ones, not the silver or platinum. i don't know the exact part number, but maybe someone in here will. as for the locking nut, im not sure i know what you are talking about. there is a big nut (maybe 21mm?) under the roundel in the steering wheel which is used to hold the steering wheel on. i don't remember anything "locby daniel - Technical Forum

also, im not sure how much you would get out of looking at the motor. most of the wiring looks pretty normal. if you want to learn the details of the swap, your best bet is to head over to your favorite website, r3vlimited, and browse/search through their 24V section.by daniel - Registry
