It is possible but there will be extra costs. Price might be higher to offset risk of having to recover the car if payments are missed. Interest on the loan might be higher for the same reason. Down payment might be higher as well.
Bad credit mostly means that to get merchants to trust that you will pay, they will charge you more of what your already do not have enough of. Best to try and address the bad credit issue first and get a lower cost. Getting a co-signer on the loan may help.
