happy birthday and many many years ! i'm glad we are still together - although i am sad that we lost all the content and we don't have the time to write so much any more hell, i don't even have the time to own a e30 any more :crying:by jaffar - Community Forum
hi all i'm thinking of getting a E60 5 series, but i don't know anything at all about them (except that i kind of like the wya they look on the outside). i would like to have some feedback from owners. thanksby jaffar - Community Forum
i think a lot more factors should be taken into account on this for example, the age of the car, the age of the suspension parts, the fact that the car was driven mostly wth just the driver inside, the type of roads the car has been driven on (for example, if you have REALLY bad roads like we do, the right side suspension parts are broken a lot sooner) etc. all old(ish) cars i've driven locby jaffar - Technical Forum
my theory is that the left/front wheel has the shortest brake duct and that's why it always locks up first. however, i have no proof for this - it's just something i *think*, because i noticed it in almost all cars i've driven if you have a seized caliper, you WILL notice. you will hear noise, feel it in the steering wheel at some speed and SMELL it. of course, it will happen aby jaffar - Technical Forum
A young man asks his granny: Have you seen my pills, the ones i left on the table? They were labeled "exxtasy"... Granny: Fuck the pills, man... Have you seen the dragon in the kitchen?by jaffar - Community Forum
look at the pictures carefully, it's an m3 allright the rear panels: original panels cut, but the margin is there: the original car (last post on page 2) : why would the shock towers be more vertical in an m3 ? if anything, i would expect them to be more inclined. anyway, the space between the towers and the firewall looks the same as it was in my 320i.by jaffar - Community Forum
it was a real m3 - look at the rear window and also scroll down in the original topic - there's a photo of the original car, because several persons asked the same questionby jaffar - Community Forum
i was somewhat disappointed by Lisbon, but the places around it are very nice. here's one:by jaffar - Community Forum
hello from Lisbon ! we just arrived one hour ago. the vasco da gama bridge is amazing !by jaffar - Community Forum
if you afford to chose between e36, e46, e90 or e87 (1 series) AND you want to keep some of the fun you have with the e30, then the 1 series is the only one that will come close. or you could get a Z4 ///M, which is simply amazing. dom't get me wrong - all of them are nice and they are better with each generation, but the fun factor is dropping a lot. they are just nice family cars. myby jaffar - Community Forum
i am renting a car from valencia and doing a road tripby jaffar - Community Forum
we'll be arriving from Sevilla, last stop before Lisbon. we're doing kind of a tour of Spain, with a detour in Portugal i've written down Evora - could become a waypoint too. i'm afraid Porto is a bit too far though - last day after Lisbon is planned to get to Madrid for the planeby jaffar - Community Forum
what city do you live in ? i'm not coming with a riced out car - i'll be renting something from Valencia i read somewhere that in portugal nobody cares about speed limits and they drive recklessly. is that true ? should i be nice, or integrate ? )by jaffar - Community Forum
i'll arrive on july 31st (i think) and will stay for 2 nights. i have no idea what i want to see - just seemed like an interesting thing to do after searching a little on internet, i KNOW i need to drive on the vasco da gama bridge and to go to the oceanarium.by jaffar - Community Forum
hi all i'm going to be in Lisbon for 1-2 days soon. anyone there ? any recommendations ? thanksby jaffar - Community Forum
got it - it's called a "mainframe helmet supervent"by jaffar - Community Forum
the helmet already has the paint job. it belongs to a colleague, and it seems that i accidentally dropped it and broke the air ductby jaffar - Community Forum
i desperately need to buy something and i can't seem to find it anywhere. it's the air duct from a helmet like this one: the local dealer is not even answering my phone any more - i ordered it for 5 months and the first 3 he kept tellimg me that it would come in 2 weeks. help !by jaffar - Community Forum
i have some non related pics too. i lost my camera (yeah, i know...) and i got a new Panny TZ7. i cannot decide whether i like it or not - some pictures are GREAT, some are SO BAD. lightning (from hand, lucky shot) snail after rain - at night lego differential 12x optical zoomby jaffar - Community Forum
Funny - i never saw such a complicated knuckle before ! all that i've seen have only one cardanic joint. @sdp: i did the seal replacement. twice. first time i put one seal in the wrong position, so all the oil popped out: But as long as you are carefull, the result is very good (never had a leak since then - see photo date). My problem was that i couldn't find a seal set foby jaffar - Technical Forum
QuoteBob P 325is 88 Generally, AC don't run in temperatures lower than 4 C. At lower than that the expansion valve might freeze up, but worse, not all of the refrigerant is vaporized at the expansion valve and liquid 'hits' the compressor, which might cause damage. Salut, Bob P. exactly and the sensors are set to cut off the compressor clutch (or something) at a certain temby jaffar - Technical Forum
hi all a friend of mine is trying to install an A/C retrofit kit and he has some doubts. for example - what is the minimum outside temperature that still allows A/C to run ? thanksby jaffar - Technical Forum
Quoterkj Sorry Jaffar, its a 1936 BMW 326 CABRIOLET AUTENRIETH Looks like a really nice job too, to bad they drive like coal trucks though contradiction: "The BMW 326 is a relatively rapid medium sized sedan"by jaffar - Community Forum
it doesn't even LOOK the same, rkj on the 327: - doors open the other way - car is longer - windshield frame is made from another material, it doesn't come from the body - headlights and signal lights are in a different position etcby jaffar - Community Forum
a few more pics. i don't think it's a 328. 328 should look like this: maybe it's a 320 ?by jaffar - Community Forum
the music is some recent discovery. the scary songs are played by a band called Venetian Snares and the style is called "breakcore". i am not able to listen to it continuously too much, it's sensorial torture the russian songs are played by "Glukoza Nostra" and i discovered them while playing GTA IV fits nice to my driving style. the roads are in the western romanianby jaffar - Community Forum
