I'm confused (what else is new), Charging a lime on your watch? And what's up in the tree, new buds/flowers?

D'oh!
That should have read 'lume'; it's the electro phosphorescent paint on the hands and dial smiling smiley

The read thing is the remains of a flower stalk. I suppose it could be called the 'fruit' but I doubt it's edible by anything.

As for what it looks like; I leave up to your fertile imagination grinning smiley
