Top Gear and others

At the end of the old forum, someone (I think it was Ove) mentionned a link where older episodes of Top Gear and such could be downloaded. Anyone still has this link?

Or... How could I make the BBC website believe I'm surfing to their site from within the UK, even though I am not? I need an english redirecting site or such, so I can watch the programmes on BBC's iPlayer.
