I remember hearing about self-serve garages like this a few years ago...

My nephew and I were really thinking about doing this. It would have to be done in a pretty big town though to get full use of the space. I also thought about getting sued by idiots that don't know what they are doing, so I shelved the idea. That is one of the problems in todays world is nobody wants to be liable for their own stupidity. I guess if I could sell my house I would just build a new shop with my own personal lift and then I could rent that out if need be!
