I love the ingenuity of the person who made and uses those wheels/tires.
Unfortunately, I'm guessing the mileage one could expect from a set of these would be something in the order of meters rather than kilometers

We had a "Mythbuster" tv show that did a segment on using a wood wheel like that on a car and proved it actually worked.
