Nah e30s came in left-hand drive in Japan and most (if not all) of the 6-cylinder variants had automatic transmissions. My e30 was a Japan-spec e30.

Haha nice find! I'll be one of the critics and say it's from China. The writings on the banners at the background resemble Chinese more than Japanese. The drivers could very well be Japanese though.
