Door Card "Rivet" repalcement

Are they a standard auto parts store bit or do I have to order them from a specialist?

Digging into my door motor today, yesterday I verified 12V at the motor with no motoring.

I assume you are talking about the plastic 'snaps' that hold the door panel in place.
If so, your most likely and best prospect is the wreckers; although I suppose you might have some luck at your local auto supply store.

I have a couple of spares I bought at the dealer if you break so many that the panel will not stay in place till you can get more.

Window fixed

Tried to clean the old motor but it was too far gone, bought another from a local E30 parting specialist and it works great again.

After not being able to fix my running issue it feels good to have a small victory.

Thanks for the offer Bob, I'm only missing three so I'll put that on the "to order" list.
