Sunroof gate removal

Need to know how to remove the rails or gates from the slider. I bought new gates and I need to remove the old ones from the slider unit..

If you are talking about the tracks, you need to remove the sunroof ( 3 torx bolts per side) and then just unscrew the track assembly.
