I've been looking for a couple months- Gus didn't answer my emails, kept checking other E-30 sites posts for mention of BEN. I thought maybe you guys went underground. Found one site that masqueraded as BEN with an egotistical owner- knew you guys wouldn't be there. Glad to see everybody's still together!
Jef Rolison still 5 iX's!

That is a shame, but Paso isn't that old. I ride a 1985 Honda 650sc and for the most part I can still get most of the parts, from honda.

What do you need for the duck?

The first bike my brother and I raced was a Ducati... wow, that was 1961.....
September 07, 2009 06:07PM
heh well for one thing, the tires are discontinued. 120/60-16 and 160/60-16 are NLA from any manufacturer
I've been down every avenue, I'm the founder and president of ducatipaso.org and have a very tight relationship with ducati

when cagiva sold ducati, most of the parts inventory was closed out
also, there were only 4500 pasos made, not millions, like hondas

thanks for the offer tho smiling smiley

That's interesting, actually the honda I have was only made for three years so parts are getting a little tough were some things are concerned. I've collected the impossible stuff on ebay when the deals are right but tires, my goodness, that seems solvable, could I help being I'm in the states?

16's seem like a common size, is there any fudging on width/height?

yeah there is some stuff you can do, but not many radials that work. trust me.
a few guys migrate to 17s, but it spoils the look.

can we get a mod to split this thread?

Well, it might spoil the look but at least you'll be riding, or switch to bias ply eye rolling smiley

Don't worry, I'm a professional thread hijacker.

i tried to split it and it only put one of the posts into its own thread, not that post plus the following posts. i guess just make a new thread.

Yes, if you look at this thread using threaded view, you see that most of the posts are replying to the original post, not to the previous post. That makes it impossible to split. Splits only work if people reply to the previous post. To do that, don't use the reply box at the bottom of the screen; use the "reply" or "quote" link in the post you're responding to.

This too is a long-standing topic of discussion on the old BEN. smiling smiley

i always do this, but i suppose since i use the flat, easy to read and understand view, i didn't realize that other people weren't doing the same. makes sense why it didn't split then. oh well.

The forum I help Admin has the "Quick Reply" option at the bottom of the thread. In our software, it denotes "who your are replying to" and the "Quick Reply" would always reply to the last post in the thread which would mess up threading and cause confusion.

I disabled the "Quick Reply" and forced the person to click on the Reply button to the post they wish to respond. This forced the flow and threading to be maintained. Perhaps you have the option to turn off that reply box at the bottom.

Yes, it is. Indeed there is a module to do just that. I've installed it and turned it on, but it doesn't seem to be doing anything. I've contacted the author to see if there's something that I need to tweak.

I thought you couldn't use M3 srpings on an ic.
i tried them, and they made mine sit way too high. yours looks a bit high. no?
running a pro kit now.
huh? you talking to me?
my car doesn't sit high at all, it sits just like a stock M3.
