This is an Ontario Regional event, hosted by our own Motorsport Club of Ottawa. It's run on an absolutely amazing rally road which was used back in the 1974 Rideau Lakes Rally when that was a World Rally Championship event won by Sandro Munari in a Lancia Stratos.

4. NIB CP forged 86mm short skirt pistons 11:1 CR. $1100
5. S50 crank $220 add the pistons above and some 135mm rods and you have a 3.0l stroker
6. crank spacer for one of the crank/stroker set ups. $50 would like to sell with one of the cranks

I know I know, I told myself to kick the habit; buy a car that's at least a year YOUNGER than myself for once.
But alas, one cannot just wash the E30 off like that and I jumped at the chance to snatch this.

What really drew me in, is the front end;




I ordered up my Shark # 7 Euro plate the other day. She's gonna be sharp.

Has anyone seen it like this before? It reminds me of the euros, or maybe even a halfway finished bumper tuck.
Anyone have any idea?

Last week, I was driving when a sound like an angry beehive began to eminate from under my car. I got home, got under the car, tapped on the cat with my fist and it sounds like marbles loose in there. The cat I installed 2 years ago has an 8 year warranty on it. I had the car smog tested today and HC and NOX were slightly higher but still within limits. I called the manufacturer of the cat and they are trying to tell me that something is wrong with my car, the cat must have overheated which can occur with leaking injectors or a bad muffler. Muffler was replaced with new factory unit 3 years ago. I was told by a friend who is a car mechanic if my injectors were leaking, my mileage would be pretty poor. My milage is still pretty good. Is the manufacturer just trying to dodge the warranty on this?

The other day I almost got clocked by a huge truck because I used the right outside rear view mirror (I was in the 528 and I think it has more distorted mirrors than the E30) to judge if I had enough room to pull out in to another lane. Seems like Bmw could do better. Anybody have any idea why this exists?

I got a free set of E30 injectors, spent the money to have them professionally cleaned/flowed and now my car runs like crap. I thought I read on the interwebs that they were all the same but I'm obviously a doofus.

Old injectors were black/gray, new injectors are light blue.
